Your mission will be based on: Own the full recruiting process from prospecting to signing the offer letterCollaborate with managers to identify and understand their hiring needsIdentify and contact passive candidates to generate their interest for SkelloBe their point of contact at every stageAnalyze our results to see improvement marginsOur future Talent Acquisition Intern needs to: Have to possibility to sign an "university agreement" of at least 5 monthsBe a native Spanish (fluent in English is a plus)Be passionate about TA and feel comfortable with prospection of candidates on Linkedin/other recruiting tools and spending time on the phone.Be dynamic, organised and data drivenEnjoy working in hyper-growth companies and be results-orientedBe available to start as soon as possibleOur recruitment process will consists of two steps : 1st Interview with Teresiana - HR intern - 30' on visio2nd Interview with Marc - General Manager for Spain - 45' - in our officeReference check
