BARCELONA At MCR International, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the multinational pharmaceutical company CHIESI, based in Barcelona.

Major Accountabilities Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager will source, identify, select and hire individuals for various corporate roles in our company. This person will be responsible for sourcing strategies aimed at attracting, assessing, and introducing exceptional talent into our business units, driving our business to even greater success. Will also be responsible for identifying key KPIs for the different affiliates, tracking progress, establishing the recruitment framework, recommending channels, hiring standards, and establishing preferred partners. This role will also ensure a successful employee onboarding process and the best possible candidate experience. Act as an HR Business Partner for small EU countries, serving as the first point of contact in HR matters. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management or similar. English proficiency level. Spanish C1 (will be valuable). More than 3 – 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a multinational environment. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Knowledge of recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools (especially LinkedIn recruitment platforms and assessment tools). Experience in recruiting international positions in the commercial, technological, and scientific areas.
