Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the hospitality industry. Ideally, proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment efforts.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices, with experience in fostering a culture of belonging and respect within the workplace.
