We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA, to join our office in Tres Cantos, Spain.
As the TABP, you will play an instrumental role in building strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team, ensuring that our talent strategies are fully integrated with our business objectives.
You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process across our corporate and business operations. From crafting strategic recruitment plans to advising hiring managers on critical skill needs, you will serve as the linchpin between the business and the Talent Acquisition function. Your proactive guidance will be essential in attracting top-tier talent.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges. Your innovative ideas, strategic approach, and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to the growth and success of our organization, while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About The Role: Shaping the Future of Recruitment Excellence Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities (70% of your time): Strategic Partnership: Leverage deep knowledge of our business drivers, global recruitment goals, and industry trends to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Success is measured by meeting agreed-upon recruitment targets.Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate recruitment needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process. High levels of stakeholder satisfaction will be a key indicator of your effectiveness.Talent Acquisition Consulting: Offer strategic insights that promote diversity and inclusion, leading to the successful hiring and retention of top talent.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams, resulting in streamlined recruitment processes and improved outcomes.Project Management: Lead or contribute to TA improvement projects, driving innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness within the talent acquisition function.Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of TA Specialists, providing the support and opportunities they need to thrive.Campus Recruitment Responsibilities (30% of your time): Develop innovative recruitment strategies supported by data insights to attract top talent.Establish and maintain relationships with universities and student groups to attract talent.Spearhead employer branding initiatives to promote both our corporate and business brands to world-class early careers professionals positioning us as an employer of choice.Plan and execute on-campus events and presentations to promote Nutreco as an employer of choice.Skills and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, or HR-related field.At least 5 years relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Specialist or Agency recruiter, preferably with Campus recruitment experience.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.Proficiency in data-driven talent approaches, utilizing metrics and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.Proactivity, fast understanding of the business.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Preferred residency Madrid, Spain.Why You Will Love Working with Us: Flexible working hours and hybrid working;26 days of paid vacation;Subsidized meals in our canteen;Private health insurance (partly paid by the company);Personal development programs, online training, and opportunities to get involved in different projects depending on your interests;Regular company and team events.Next Steps: We value a seamless candidate's experience and would like to respond within five (5) business days.
