We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA, to join our office in Tres Cantos, Spain.
As the TABP, you will build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team, ensuring that our talent strategies are integrated with business objectives. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process across our corporate and business operations.
Additionally, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges, contributing to the growth and success of our organization while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
