As a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Business Partner, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute to the growth of Amaris Consulting at the international level.
You will oversee handling the recruitment process from A to Z and providing candidates with an exceptional experience within Amaris Consulting.
Additionally, you will be responsible for client prospecting and sales activities, acting as a real business partner to find the best candidates and clients for your internal stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.Develop and maintain qualitative relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.Recruitment:Sourcing and pre-selection interviews through phone calls, references, etc.Access to the best recruitment tools on the market and support from an amazing team to ensure your success.Understand and challenge new needs; define a proactive Recruitment and Sourcing strategy.Work as a team with your clients, managers, and other TA teams.Develop a candidate network by spotting expert candidates actively looking on the market today or available soon.Act as a unique qualitative spokesperson to your clients and candidates to deepen relationships with them.Participate in every step of the recruitment process from need definition to best candidates' selection.Become a recruitment expert on a specific sector and on different roles and markets.Our Ideal Candidate:Graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar.Around 1 year of experience in recruitment or business development (experience in IT or Engineering).Great communication skills, dynamism, creative thinking, and the ability to identify talents.Entrepreneurial spirit and a business development mindset to create and maintain qualitative relationships with different points of contact.Good command of both Spanish and English to communicate efficiently with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.What We Offer:Be part of an international, multicultural environment of 11,500 talented people over 60 countries and 5 continents.Fast-growing global company with opportunities to grow quickly with a tailored career path.Full access to the Mantu Academy: a Learning Management System with more than 200 training modules.As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company.
