Nutreco has two business lines:Skrettingis a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions, andTrouw Nutritionspecializes in animal nutrition.We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA, to join our office in Tres Cantos, Spain.As the TABP, you will build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team, ensuring that our talent strategies are integrated with business objectives.
You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process across our corporate and business operations.Additionally, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges, contributing to the growth and success of our organization while providing an exceptional candidate experience.About The Role: Shaping the Future of Recruitment ExcellenceResponsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate recruitment needs.Talent Acquisition Consulting: Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion collaboration across teams.Project Management: Lead or contribute to TA improvement projects.Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of TA Specialists.Campus Recruitment Responsibilities:Develop innovative recruitment strategies supported by data insights.Establish and maintain relationships with universities and student groups.Spearhead employer branding initiatives.Plan and execute on-campus events and presentations.Skills and ExpertiseQualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in Organizational Psychology or HR-related field.At least 5 years relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Specialist, or Agency recruiter.Strong stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in data-driven talent approaches.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Preferred residency in Madrid, Spain.Why You Will Love Working with Us:Flexible working hours and hybrid working.26 days of paid vacation.Subsidized meals in our canteen.Private health insurance (partly paid by the company).Personal development programs and online training.Regular company and team events.Next Steps:We value a seamless candidate experience and respond within five (5) business days.
