Make sure the global recruitment policy is cascaded in the Leon Site and that the student's program are managed according to the regional catalogue.
Execute the local employer branding strategy to drive the proactive attraction mindset.How will a daily routine look like?The positions corresponding to the needs expressed (professional and behavioral competencies required) by the managers and the Proximity Development Partners are filled in a timely manner and in line with the Group's diversity guidelines.The attractiveness of the Company, through the Employer Brand and the sourcing plans attract the appropriate applications for the targeted talents (quantitative and qualitative).All the stages of the process for recruitment with all those involved are implemented in line with local legislation in force and based on Personnel department internal directives and six policies.The target schools have been defined and the related action plans are carried out for the targeted talents (internships or work-study contracts).The external trends and internal challenges have been considered in the steering of the performance of the recruitment process: efficiency, effectiveness, innovation.What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a manufacturing environment leading 2-3 recruiters, budget management and team development.Previous experience defining non-union recruitment strategies.Previous experience leading students' programs and highly desirable, recruitment of minorities.Proven experience headhunting or conducting direct search and managing Recruiter LinkedIn Account.
