Job Description: Resource will manage leadership and support/non-agent hiring across all sites.Team Management: 2 FT recruitersMinimum Qualifications:At least 1-2 years of supervisory experienceMust have experience in corporate/non-agent hiring across all band levels (executive roles is a plus)Preferably with IT recruitment experienceExcellent Communication and Stakeholder Management SkillsWork Set Up: Onsite Location: can be based either in Makati or FV (must be willing to travel)Shift: Predominantly mid shift; must be open to late mid shift (4pm - 5pm start of shift)Direct Supervisor: TA DirectorSelection: Initial Screening: Jerico1st/Final Interview: TA Director / HR Head (may potentially be a panel interview)Note: not totally inclined with candidates who have done remote/US hiring only.#J-18808-Ljbffr
