Responsibilities Develop dynamic and user-friendly Tableau dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.Establish and maintain data warehouses, models, and architecture for high-quality and accessible data.Use ETL/ELT tools to prepare data and optimize queries for performance and efficiency.Provide self-service analytics solutions and training, enabling teams to access and interpret data independently.Oversee Tableau platform administration, including configuration, user management, and performance optimization.Partner with data, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure BI solutions align with organizational goals.Stay ahead of BI trends, adopting the latest tools and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.Profile At least 3 years of experience as a Tableau Consultant or a similar role.Hands-on experience designing dashboards, data models, and implementing ETL processes.Advanced proficiency with Tableau.Strong SQL and Python programming skills.Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, PySpark) and cloud environments (AWS preferred).Knowledge of data warehouse design and dimensional modeling.Strong communication and visualization skills to tell data stories effectively.Problem-solver with an innovative and continuous improvement mindset.Advanced in EnglishFluent SpanishMust be a Spanish or European citizen or have a work permit for SpainGood to have Certifications: Tableau Certified Associate/Data Analyst or above.Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx).Familiarity with governance frameworks and industry best practices.Knowledge of the shipping or maritime industry is a plus.Advanced degrees in data science, analytics, or related fields.
