Our brand has been featured in leading media such as Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Refinery29, NYLON, and many others.About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or students in their last year of Accounting & Finance studies. As an intern, you will work in our accounting department, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to various accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in the field of accounting.Responsibilities:Handle transactional accounting for local and international entities.Assist with accounting entries and periodic report preparation.Support month-end closing processes.Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and invoice handling.Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed.Create invoices, issue to clients, and follow up on payments.Record, categorize, and follow up on supplier payments.Handle payments across different currencies for different markets and cross bill internal departments as needed.Monitor and process employee expenses and office expenses (couriers, etc).Requirements and Skills:Recent graduate or currently in the last year of Accounting & Finance studies (BSc or MSc).Fluent, professional English (additional languages such as French and Spanish are a plus).Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel.Basic knowledge of accounting software (preferred).Attention to detail and organization.Interest in the beauty industry.Absolute team-player & roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.Driven.
