MISSION Develop specific business in order to open new markets and/or customers and generate sales following the BBP targets and guidelines provided by the Business Unit Director.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS Be part of project teams in order to achieve new business.
Analyze the assigned markets and propose a strategy to select and address a subset of potentially new key customers.
Contact, follow-up and meet with new customers in order to generate RFQ/RFI that the Company can quote.
Support local Sales/Engineering teams during the RFQ/RFI process and ensure a competitive and attractive technical and economical proposal.
Prepare and present detailed proposals to the clients, cooperating closely with project teams.
Prepare and carry out offer presentations to the customers, report outcome and propose roadmap to Business Unit Director.
Transfer the account to Sales Director or Business Unit Director once it has been consolidated.
Represent the Customer interests inside the Company during the offer phase, transmitting their needs and expectations to our organization in order to provide the best response.
Prepare, track and report the key indicators/documents defined for his/her activity.
Perform lessons learnt with the offer team and management in order to ensure continuous improvement that allow FICOSA to keep competitive and attractive to the market.
Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Academic background : Bachelor degree, mainly in commercial, marketing or engineering.
Languages : Fluent in local language & Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Experience : 3 years in a similar position in a multinational company.
Travel : Availability to travel.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS Additional training : Knowledge in marketing would be a plus; MBA would be of additional value.
Languages : Other language, according to the project/business, would be a plus.
