To ensure we can respond to all these requests and attend to our customers' needs, we require a Customer Support Hero who can help them work with our software in the best possible way. The main mission of the support team in ForceManager is to provide high-quality technical assistance and customer service to our users. As part of this team, you will be an ambassador for our customers and serve as their trusted advisor.
Your responsibilities will include:Making and keeping customers happy!Answering customer requests with an empathetic approach through a ticketing system, chat, and by phone.Working side-by-side with our users to problem-solve through technical issues of our software.Keeping high satisfaction standards and exceeding customer expectations.Being the voice of the customer internally by passing on their feedback to the product and development team. Key requirements:Previous experience in customer service with a vocationally customer-centric mindset.Previous experience working with Zendesk or similar.Fluent in Spanish & English, oral and written.Effective communication through writing in Italian.Passion for customer care and the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction.Passion for technology.Ability to break down complex problems and explain them in a clear and simple way.Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Eligible to work in Spain.
