As a People Partner, you'll help make EIS a great place to work and grow. You'll work with EIS global leaders, managers, and employees across the business to strategize and support the implementation of systems, processes, and programs to help people succeed. The position formulates partnerships across a global HR function to deliver value-added service to employees throughout their full employment lifecycle.Duties/ResponsibilitiesConsults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Partners with other departments as needed/required.Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.G., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.Supports training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.Creates new hire requests and once approved, creates the offer letter packet and submits to talent acquisition.Oversees the onboarding process from offer acceptance, which will include initiating background checks with our vendor and managing the ongoing communications required through the onboarding steps.Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.Promotes diversity in the workplace.Promotes EIS in the community.Experience supporting across EMEA with English as a primary language.Other ad hoc duties.Required Skills/AbilitiesFluency in English and Spanish.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, benefits, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Essential Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable experience.At least 3 years of human resource experience is preferred.Strong experience with relocation support in line with local requirements (i.E., visa support, local knowledge).We offerGlobal team and global spirit.Health insurance.Various social & team-building activities.Training programs.Competitive salary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
