As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will work together with the Digital Solutions Learning Development Manager to design, develop and deliver learning initiatives that will support the development of our people at TUI Holiday Experiences.ABOUT THE JOBManage the Learning Management System effectively (Success Factors) to make learning and tracking possible for colleagues and key stakeholders.
This involves providing reports on key initiatives.Design and deliver digital learning solutions that look aesthetically pleasing, fit the needs, and work for how people learn (e.g., videos, animations, e-learning, performance support, sites, online scenarios, etc.
).Collaborate with your peers across People Development Culture.
The wider team is made up of people with different backgrounds and expertise.
You will also collaborate with the other managers in the team to deliver on key projects.Look for cutting-edge solutions and analyze the best way to deploy them for strategic projects that support the business and operations.Evaluate effectiveness and impact, and seek ways to improve performance through your digital learning solutions.
