Responsibilities:Culinary Support:Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.Execute menu items for various outlets, maintaining high quality and presentation.Contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.Team Collaboration:Work closely with chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure a harmonious team environment.Follow recipes and guidelines provided by senior kitchen staff.Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills.Quality Control:Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.Conduct quality checks on ingredients and prepared dishes.Report any issues or discrepancies to the senior kitchen team.Inventory Management:Assist in managing and organizing kitchen inventory.Monitor stock levels and communicate with senior chefs for restocking.Follow proper procedures for storing and handling ingredients.Menu Preparation:Assist in basic menu preparations, including chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients.Contribute creative ideas to enhance the presentation and taste of dishes.Support the culinary team during special events or banquets.Salary: 1,050.00€ - 1,150.00€ per month
