About the Role: As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building and reinforcing fundcraft's workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical experts to understand the company needs and deploy recruitment strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to fundcraft success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, with a focus on roles within the tech, product, and operations teams.Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, create job descriptions, and identify key skills and attributes required for each role.Provide regular updates on the recruitment pipeline, and offer guidance on best practices in interviewing and candidate selection.Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize processes, and make informed decisions on candidate selection and hiring strategies.Collaborate with our marketing partner to promote our employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and other channels, driving the company to being recognized as an employer of choice in the fund industry and tech sectors.Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, product, and operations roles.Strong understanding of the tech industry and its various roles, with the ability to identify key skills and attributes for candidates.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear updates and guidance to stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
