With more than 800 professionals, Neuraxpharm has a unique understanding of the CNS market built over 35 years.Neuraxpharm is searching a vacancy based in Sant Joan Despí:Project Manager (Pharma)Reporting to the Head of PMO Launch Management, will be responsible for coordinating and leading the corporate projects of the company.Being your major accountabilities:Drive value creation by leading and executing projects: Co-Developments, Tech-Transfers, Launches, etc.Manage cross-functional and cross-country Project Teams ensuring communication through all the departments.Plan coordinate all activities across a project.Ensure the project is delivered to schedule, quality, and budget supporting also the change management processes.Develop Project Charters and Implementation Plans and lead Kick-off, follow-up project closure meetings.Monthly report on the status of all projects with maintenance of our Project Management tool (Smartsheet).Requirements:We are looking for a new team member that:Holds a university degree, preferably Scientific degree (e.g.
Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology).Accreditation in a Project Management Discipline highly preferred (e.g.
Project Management Professional-PMI).At least 2 years professional work experience in Project Management preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Ability to work independently and represent sound strategies is required.Project planning, negotiation, conflict management, independent, cooperative, results-oriented, initiative and critical thinking, consistent, training experience and ability for teamwork.Knowledge of the drug development process will be valued.Proficient technology skills (e.g., MS Office software, MS Project, etc.)
required.Fluent English/Spanish.
