The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.A deep understanding of the probiotics market would be favourable as this role will also be responsible for the expansion plans of one of our leading probiotic brands within the Western Europe region.Main Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and market share for the probiotics category in Western Europe.Global Brand Launch: Lead the launch of one of our leading global brands in the Western European market, ensuring a successful introduction and sustained growth.Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy to ensure consistency and alignment with goals.Matrix Team Leadership / Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including interaction with Global Brand Team, Commercial, Medical & Regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.Campaign Development: Lead the implementation/adaptation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Market Analysis: Perform thorough market performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities and closely monitor the competitive landscape.New Product Launches: Manage the launch of new products, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the brand across the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.About you:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior brand manager role.Proven experience in FMCG / Healthcare industries is strongly desired.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.Proficiency in digital marketing tools & platforms.Why Join Us:Opportunity to lead a core brand in a rapidly growing market.Dynamic, collaborative and innovative work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career growth and development opportunities.
