How can you become part of our success?Responsibilities: Responsible for the Electric/Electronic Development teams for the AC Electrical Compressor product segment (including supplier monitoring).Ensure proper Design to Quality, Design to Manufacture, Design to Safety, and Design to Cost mindset.Oversee Product (Inverter) System Development.Manage Product (Inverter) Acquisition.Supervise Product (Inverter) Supplier Monitoring.Lead Product (Inverter) Test Engineers.Provide Product (Inverter) Customer and Plant Support.Coordinate Requirement Managers (From & To Internal teams, From & To External - Customer/Suppliers).Organize the department structure and continuous improvement of its maturity.Describe/update and align the team Missions, Roles, Interactions of the teams and associated RASIC with other departments.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a frictionless collaboration between them.Set department goals and monitor their implementation.Describe, harmonize, and align the main Processes and Guidelines of the team, and PDP deliverables maturity by gate reviews.#J-18808-Ljbffr
