Inspired Education is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic Summer Camp Director to lead, plan, train, and coordinate the camp programs at Sotogrande International School.
This new role offers the opportunity to develop and grow a successful camp for years to come.
The Director will oversee all aspects of the camp, from admissions and customer service to activity planning, ensuring a profitable and well-organized program.
The role requires someone who can work independently, with support from the Global Camps Coordinator, school leaders, and the regional CEO.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and expand SIS camp programsDevelop camp policies, rules, and follow best practices to ensure a safe, well-structured, secure, and enjoyable environment for allComplete management and supervision of all camp staffFinancial management of camp budgetConduct Risk Management assessments and background checksCollaborate and coordinate with SIS staff for the physical and operational needs of the campDevelop enrolment procedures and ensure they are followedReport on enrolment to the camp coordinator weeklyDevelop and implement activities for the camp taking advantage of the unique environment of Costa Del SolTimetabling of staff and camp schedulesPrimary contact for all questions and concerns from parents and guardiansEnsures appropriate student behavior and adherence to camp rules and regulationsProduce all pertinent documents needed for the implementation of the campEnsure the completion and storage of all documentationWhat we are looking for: English mother tongue or C1 level and Spanish, mother tongue or C1 level.Must have 10+ years of experience in senior leadership within an educational contextAn in-depth understanding of the private school market in EuropeAbility to work collaboratively with othersPossesses good leadership abilities, management, and organizational skills.Able to set and communicate clear expectations and goals for the camp and its staffQualifications and Accreditations: Teaching or Coaching qualificationDesignated Safeguarding Lead certificationBusiness managementBoarding QualificationsHOW TO APPLY: To apply for this post, please send an email to ****** with the Subject "SIS Camp Director".
