Financed by the ISCIII and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Pluriregional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020.Responsible Investigator: FRANCISCO JOSÉ TINAHONES MADUEÑOVenue: IBIMA Bionand Platform - Located at Malaga Tech Park Headquarters.ECAI Biobanco -IBIMA: Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital / Regional University Hospital of Málaga.Number of places: 1Functions to be carried out: The person hired in this position will provide support to the Provincial Biobank of Malaga IBIMA-SSPA within the framework of the assigned activities of the Biobank Platforms detailed above, performing the following functions:Active participation in the working groups of the Biobank Platform in which it is required, as well as carrying out the entrusted functions and tasks derived from said groups.Collaboration in the preparation of internal reports, reports, audits, as well as any other information report required within the framework of the National Platform of Biobanks and Biomodels.Attend and respond to requests that are registered in the unit, ensuring that they respond to the National Platform of Biobanks and Biomodels.Ensure the maintenance of the implemented Quality Management System.Measure and report to the Node Coordinator the development of the Biobank activity related to its operational processes.Execute the process of entry, registration and processing of samples/data under the established quality criteria.Execute the sample/data distribution process under quality criteria established.Keep the records of the Biobank Information Systems updated.Verify the existence of informed consent for the sample at the time of collection.Identification and registration of non-compliant product.Develop work procedures at the request of the coordinator or scientific management.Control, maintain and communicate Information Records related to tasks associated with the position.Observe and comply with the procedures and regulations of the Biobank.Strictly comply with the regulations applicable to the conservation and use of samples and data of human origin
