Your Role: As Branch Manager, your main mission will be the management of the Delegation of Canarias from the operational perspective (repairs and maintenance contracts for industrial air conditioning equipment).
You will be responsible for managing the team of technicians at the delegations and the planner in charge, as well as controlling the portfolio and execution of work within the margin, sales, and productivity objectives.
This position can be based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria or Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Responsibilities: Management of the technical staff in the northeast of Spain: hiring, supervision, talent retention, and proposals for technical training.
Control of margin, productivity, and achievement of operations repair and maintenance forecasts for industrial air conditioning equipment.
Support operations to the commercial network and relationship with clients.
Control of the status of own installations, internal and external audits.
Control and management of the maintenance contract portfolio.
Management of stock and obsolescence of materials in the warehouse.
Safety and prevention of occupational risks.
What We Are Looking For: We are looking for individuals with proven skills in team and personnel management, organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a commercial perspective.

Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in managing service maintenance and repair teams, preferably for industrial air conditioning/refrigeration equipment.
University degree, preferably in engineering or technical subjects.
Experience in margin control, productivity, and achievement of operations forecasts.
Advanced use of computer programs (MS Office) and specific maintenance software (SalesForce, GMAO, etc.).
Willingness to travel to the delegations in charge.
Languages: High/bilingual Spanish.
Valid work permit in the EU.
