T-718 Hr Personnel Administration Assistant

For our HR department based in Palma de Mallorca, we are looking for someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. You will be responsible for personnel administration tasks and support to the department.As a member of the HR department, your main responsibilities will be: On-going social security updates or communications (hirings, sick leaves, and others)Prepare HR documents: employment contracts, certificates, and othersOrganize and maintain personnel records in our internal HR ERPMonthly payroll assistanceAnswer employees' queries about HR-related issuesAdministrative support and participate in Labour Risk prevention (PRL)Be used to Spanish payroll standardsMinimum Requirements: University degree or studies related to HR personnel administrationAt least 1 year of experience in a similar roleCreative problem-solving skills, proactive and analytical thinkingSiltra and RED system knowledgeHigh knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR regulations will be a plusVery good knowledge of Excel and advanced HR ERP user (Navision, SAP, Bizneo, or similar)Very high English and Spanish (written and spoken).
