Join our team as the Marketing Operations Supervisor, where you will develop and implement scalable processes to maximize demand management effectiveness and support go-to-market (GTM) program execution. You'll oversee the seamless operation of lead assignment process, database management, and marketing automation, while collaborating effectively with Demand Operations leadership, Integrated Marketing, and GTM field teams (marketing, sales, partners) to plan, deliver, and report on data quality and data acquisition initiatives.
In this role, you will guide a team of Marketing Operations Specialists and lead the first-level user support related to data issues, updates, and enrichment as well as marketing automation requests, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:Database Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of a database strategy to ensure data quality, compliance, and optimization. Prioritize initiatives and maintain a roadmap for data management improvements and data acquisition in alignment with sales and marketing strategies. Assist with establishing measurement plans for data management. Communicate data management status, progress, and successes. Regularly review and clean the database to remove duplicates, correct inaccuracies, and standardize data formats. Oversee data synchronization tasks with D&B or other relevant sources. Ensure data compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Perform data segmentation for email marketing and outbound campaigns.Lead Management: Oversee the management of the lead queue and ensure leads are allocated according to distribution rules. Support, monitor, and report on lead cycle execution to ensure optimal performance.1st Level User Support: Provide first-level user support for lead and database management issues. Act as an admin and power user for marketing automation through creating landing pages, emails, and forms in accordance with the corporate guidelines and scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns.Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver "how-to" sessions on lead management processes, data hygiene, marketing automation best practices, and system usage. Maintain and update documentation standards and templates for lead and database processes.Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and report on account and contact data records in Salesforce. Generate insights and recommendations from data analysis to support demand generation and progression.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Support global demand operations with tasks essential for the successful completion of projects and programs.Team Supervision: Supervise a team of Marketing Operations Specialists.Requirements:Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce (experience as a Salesforce Admin is a plus). Proficiency with Marketo. Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Revenue Operations, or CRM user support roles, with at least 2 years in a supervising or team lead role, preferably within disruptive technology sectors. Proven experience in driving data quality and data acquisition initiatives.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required, ideally in computer science, marketing, or business.Skills: Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven team management skills. Commitment to providing excellent support and service to end-users. Confident in training and supporting GTM teams on Salesforce, Marketo, and other systems-related processes. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional and matrixed environment. Adaptable with a "can-do" attitude; no task is too small.Other Requirements: Fluent in English.
