The Data Migration Lead is responsible for executing the Data Migration part of Payroll implementation projects, adhering to Alight's Data Migration Strategy, and working collaboratively with the client and Program Management.
This role leads all Data Migration activities, ensuring they meet the KPIs and Quality Thresholds agreed upon with the client, in line with Alight's operational standards.Responsibilities:Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) and guidance, leading internal and external teams.Ensure compliance with Payroll Exchange operational standards and PIX methodology.Perform Data Migration loads for Testing phases as required.Adjust Data Migration Strategy where applicable and update activities in the Local DM Plan document.Respect timelines, be proactive, and update the DM tracker.Assist the Program Manager with Data Migration expertise and support Project Managers with planning Data Migration activities.Proactively report and escalate issues as required.Liaise with the client or instruct your team to ensure data issues are resolved and maintained in an action tracker.Lead global and local Data Migration Workshops with the customer.Track resolution of Global Technology errors.Manage data validation/reconciliation or instruct others to do so.Complete pre-test (subset of SIT fill dataset) and perform data loads in hrX Exchange where required.Act as the Alight representative for the Data Migration activity phase during the project.Qualifications:Team leader and team player.Knowledge of HR Data Migration Processes.Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI/PI is a plus.Willingness to travel for business purposes.High level of English proficiency is required.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/131170550/t-70-data-migration-lead-granada/?utm_source=html #J-18808-Ljbffr
