Please apply with an English CV. Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Food IngredientsWe are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to sell Food Ingredients to the Food Industry in Spain.
The position can be based in either Madrid or Barcelona, with the possibility of working from home 5 days per month.
Our client is an international ingredients distributor.
Experience Required: At least 5 years of sales experience in Food Ingredients or non-FMCG products.Responsibilities:Oversee the expansion of business with existing customers.Identify and explore new markets and customers in the food market in Spain.Maintain knowledge of industrial food customers in Spain.Utilize technical and commercial knowledge of cereals in all forms (grains, flours, flakes, etc.
).Manage customer and supplier relationships, establishing and maintaining connections.Identify opportunities in the portfolio and supplement missing product/solution offerings.Conduct in-depth market analyses to understand supplier and customer needs, assess competitive landscapes, and identify new opportunities.Act as Product Manager for various product ranges and/or suppliers, taking responsibility for relationships and purchases.Negotiate with suppliers.Requirements:Degree in Food Technology or Food Chemistry (Must have).Ability to solve technological problems and a passion for food product development.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.High willingness to travel.Very organized, reliable, and positive thinking.Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (fluent in spoken and written) (Must have).Valid driving license (Must have).Please apply with an English CV and Cover Letter.
