Honeywell Performance Materials (PMT) is a division of ours working as pioneers of automation control. We understand complex industrial facilities and how to create high-quality and high-performance chemicals and materials.
Key Areas of Responsibility:Sells components and offerings to Strategic, Key, and High Growth customers for the assigned geography and customer accounts.Achieving sales targets and quotas for designated accounts; Frequent travel to customers. Responsible for customer relations, customer communication, content of the quotation, T&C;, pricing (within boundaries of SEA).Develop basis of design: Validate the customer's request & needs, complete and validate the missing information in the inquiry through historical knowledge and customer clarifications.Pull opportunity through the sales cycle, negotiations, internal checks, internal escalation processes, through booking and handover to Customer Care.Account management - maintain account management plans. Develop strategy for each account.Work through sales work process (credit check, trade approval, pricing SEA).Follow up on payments/invoices; sales plays a role in problem resolution when payment issues are escalated.Provide SIOP forecast (ideally 12 month outlook) for his accounts.Follow correct escalation process for customer satisfaction issues (late delivery, ISC prioritization).Commercial and legal review of order/contract.Technical review of order/contract for components and offerings.Maintaining customer relationships conducive to business; Manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for SME - Water LOB.Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth.Working very closely with Line Of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction.Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities.Requirements:YOU MUST HAVE: Minimum an Engineering degree in relevant field of expertise or Bachelor Degree with proven experience in the field of expertise.Around 10 to 15 years overall experience, out of which recent 6 to 8 years of outside sales experience.Experience in doing business with Utilities and Resellers for Water Meter market.Motivated, self-organized individual who likes to serve customers and is passionate about sales.Capable of quickly translating business requirements into actions by defining 'who does what by when' to ensure plans are executed.Excellent written skills and presentation skills.WE VALUE: Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field.Excellent communication skills.Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
