Alors rejoignez notre équipe!The primary platform for delivery is Microsoft Dynamics D365.ResponsibilitiesProvide end user support for D365 related support tickets and triage cases for escalation to 3rd party service provider.Partner with business key users to support system configuration, data setup and maintenance activities.Capture requests for changes and enhancements and document business requirements.Provide guidance and training to end users as required.Assist in the preparation of user guides to assist training and issue resolution.Support delivery activities by creating necessary change control documents and testing changes prior to deployment.Assist technical teams in D365 system analysis, troubleshooting and configuration.Participate in data management activities with relevant data owners and stakeholders.Continuously identify areas for system improvement and optimization, and provide recommendations to the business stakeholders.Requirements - Qualifications3 years experience working with Dynamics AX 2009 / 2012 / Microsoft Dynamics 365 with minimum 1 year experience in D365 F&O.ERP experience in F&O; project management and accounting area or project operations.Experience with the full development lifecycle, including requirements capture, analysis, design, test, documentation, maintenance, and configuration management.Understanding of logistical processes as well as controlling and accounting principles.Excellent team player and communicator, with ability to create collaborative relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders.Strong communication skills, fluent English, spoken and written is essential.
Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset.Desired CertificationsMicrosoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 experience (certification is a plus).Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
