Company Overview: A leading private placement agent specializing in global fund distribution and capital raising across a diverse range of strategies and asset classes.Our firm is dedicated to connecting top-tier fund managers with institutional investors, providing bespoke solutions to meet the needs of our clients.Mission: As a Project Management Vice President, you will lead and manage capital raising mandates from inception to completion.You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with fund managers and investors, overseeing the due diligence process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials.Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of the project and achieving client satisfaction.Requirements:7-10 years of experience in Private Placement Agent roles, Investment Banking (M&A, ECM), Investor Relations within a GP, Transaction Services (Big 4), or Strategy Consulting (Private Equity).Deep knowledge of the English investment ecosystem and global capital markets.Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing complex transactions.Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a focus on client service.Fluent in English; other language skills are advantageous.
