Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Contrato indefinidoUbicación: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid provinciaDescripción del puesto Tax Advisory VPCountry: SpainSCIB está buscando un/a Tax Advisory VP para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte, Madrid.QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJOAs Tax Vice-President (VP), you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing tax risks, and implementing transfer pricing strategies within SCIB.We need somebody like you to assist us in the following tasks for SCIB:Develop and implement transfer pricing policies in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations.Assist with functional analysis, economic analysis, and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing documentation.Ensure proper documentation and reporting of intercompany transactions.Provide strategic tax advice about the impact in transfer pricing of corporate transactions.Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects from a tax perspective.Train and educate finance and operational teams on tax and transfer pricing matters.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.EXPERIENCIA 5 to 8 years in tax and transfer pricing, preferably within the financial sector.EDUCATION Law and/or Business Administration, with expertise in Tax and Finance Law.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Essential very high level of EnglishEssential knowledge of the Spanish tax systemExperience with international tax and transfer pricing regulations and guidelinesStrong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in transfer pricing methodologies and principles.Knowledge of local taxation in the main geographies in which the group is present will be valuedCapacity for analysis and effective decision-making.Información adicionalIdiomas: SpanishRequisitos: Sin experienciaNivel de estudios: Básica SecundariaSobre la empresa: Banco SantanderSede: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, SpainEmpleados: > 500#J-18808-Ljbffr
