Our client LGT Private Banking is launching the LGT Incubator and Accelerator, a dedicated HUB in Barcelona. We are working in close collaboration with them to build a talented team to develop sustainable software. Its goal is to design state-of-the-art digital products and services that enhance the customer experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to work as a Scrum Master and interested in leading the LGT&GFT team.Are you interested in joining a multicultural team and participating in a challenging project?Your main responsibilities will be:Ability to defend functional solutions and estimates made to customer/product owner.Dealing with any issues that may arise and protecting the team from potential disruptions during the sprint.Your team is able to identify and implement measurable improvement actions.Find support from other departments or teammates, to provide training to the team in areas where you do not have sufficient experience.Propose improvement actions for the TFM teams.Conduct workshops with product owners and other stakeholders.Responsible for maintaining Scrum tools (Story board, Action board, charts, to-dos, etc).Desired requirements:Higher Degree or University Degree in Computer Engineering, Physics or equivalent.More than 5 years of experience using agile methodologies.In-depth knowledge of the Scrum method (how to implement the Scrum methodology on a day-to-day basis, planning/review/retrospective meetings, etc).Be familiar with the most common Agile engineering methods and processes (XP, DevOps).Be up to date with the tools used for the evolution of Agile and DevOps teams (JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, CI, Quality reporting...).Soft skills:Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.Proactive, motivated and willing to learn and develop oneself.Fluent communication skills.Teamwork, leadership and influence skills.Good written and oral communication skills.Well organized.At GFT we consider diversity as one of our main pillars and we foster an inclusive work environment based on cooperation and mutual respect.
