Thanks to TheFork (app/web), millions of diners can easily discover, book, and pay at the right restaurant at the right price, while thousands of restaurant owners benefit from our solutions to optimize reservation management, streamline operations, and ultimately improve service and boost revenue.We are looking for our Acquisition and Online Media Responsible for TheFork IBERIA.Your main objectives will be:New restaurant and user acquisitionExisting client's activation and retentionYour mission will be focused on Spain and Portugal, but you will also be in contact with the rest of the countries to share best practices and discuss strategy with the central teams regarding paid media campaigns.
You will be working on different online media channels to promote mainly the app (and secondarily the web): SEA, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, ASA, UAC.Your main functions will be:Digital campaigns follow-up, managed daily by our agencies and the central teams.Recurrent meetings with our agencies and the central teams.Performance follow-up of all digital channels with reports done by our agency and central teams.
You should also be able to deep dive directly into market analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Appsflyer) as well as internal ones.Coordination with other business areas (Brand, Offer, CRM) to design cross-functional content and develop a 360 marketing campaign.Creativity performance analysis to identify learnings and communicate them to the brand team/external agency for future campaigns.Look out for TheFork brand image across all digital channels.IBERIA online media budget management: optimizing the budget distribution among different digital channels.Manage the best balance between reach and profitability of our digital campaigns.Who you are:Business, Marketing, or Advertising degree.5 years' experience in paid media online management (in an agency or in-house departments).Advanced knowledge in marketing mobile, app, and web.Deep understanding of the current and local paid media online landscape.Languages: advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese as a plus.Data and results-oriented with high analytical competence.Advanced level of Excel.Professional control of Google Analytics and Facebook Ads.Proactive attitude towards innovation and testing.Ability to adapt to recurrent changes (quick wins).Enthusiastic, innovative, creative, and rigorous employee
