What will be your mission?We are seeking a creative and experienced Communication Strategy Specialist to join the People International team and play a pivotal role in creating digital culture through empowering all teammates worldwide with the new digital skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media and community building, with a proven track record of managing both external and internal communications.
What will your responsibilities be?Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build a new community around Digital Development, using existing internal and external channels. Collaborate with the product management team to ensure a consistent brand message and to leverage community insights for broader marketing strategies.Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for the community. This includes developing content calendars, writing blog posts, producing videos, and creating other multimedia content that resonates with our audience, in collaboration with the design and product management team.Storytelling: Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate complex concepts in an engaging and informative manner. Create a consistent and cohesive narrative across external and internal communication channels. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.Event Management: Plan and execute online and offline community events, such as live streams, Q&A sessions, contests, and meetups, to foster community engagement and loyalty.Feedback Loop: Act as the liaison between the community and the project teams. Gather and analyze community feedback on product features and content, and communicate insights to the team to inform product development and content strategies.
