The role
Digital Sales Team Leader will own the sales targets and quotas for their SME (small-medium enterprise) teams. The individual will have previous sales management experience, develop, and coach team members, and monitor sales targets while carrying an individual sales quota.

Responsibilities: Manage and coach a team of 10-15 digital sales Account Managers.Support lead management, opportunity creation, and deal closures.Conduct analysis of KPIs to strategize on performance improvement.Set and track sales targets.Drive SME sales and customer relationships to achieve individual quota.Develop a strong understanding of SoftwareOne services and solutions, and coach the assigned team of Account Managers.Effectively engage solution architects as required to drive customer outcomes.Maintain and implement best-in-class tools and processes.Act as the point of escalation from the team.Collaborate with the alliances team on developing marketing collateral.Hire and build out a world-class digital sales team.Own quota of sales team reporting to them.Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and alliances teams to maximize the effectiveness of lead generation and customer engagement strategies. What we need to see from you
Location: Barcelona
8+ years in digital sales role.3+ years experience managing digital sales.Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.Strong leadership skills including coaching and people development, client relationships, and conflict management.Knowledge of enterprise technology.Sales forecasting and data analytics.Enthusiasm for technology sales.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian (at least 2 of them).
