YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:You will own a portfolio of Mid-market clients, and you will be responsible for developing this portfolio through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling our B2B solutions. You will build a strong relationship with your top customers and engage with clients across the entire national territory.
Additionally, you will create operational rhythm, establish and track KPIs, analyse business growth, market trends, and other key metrics to drive new business opportunities within existing clients and ensure resolution of business challenges. You will also work closely with Product, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Legal, Sales Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to further develop our customers. You serve as the primary FREENOW point of contact for all internal questions, escalations, and service improvements regarding Mid-market in your region.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:3-5 years relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with Mid-Market Accounts, for example as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Strategic Partnerships Manager.Strong analytical skills to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects.Ability to develop a strategy and communicate it clearly.Ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and within the industry.Local knowledge - you must have solid commercial experience in Spain.Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English; any other language is a plus.BENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL:Hybrid working model.Free Udemy e-learning access.Sabbatical & special leave policies.Subsidised gym membership.Birthday, 24th + 31st December off.Partner product discounts.Mobility budget for FREE NOW App.Free language courses.Employee assistance program.Personal development budget.Plus more local benefits depending on your work location!
