As an engineering manager looking after four teams of engineers assigned to building tools for data scientists, you and your teams will be working in the engine room of this fast-moving business. The opportunity here is to operate with real autonomy. Your manager, Thomas, wants you to bring ideas and insights based on your experience and implement them to benefit the teams you manage. He likes people who tell him what they are doing rather than ask what they should do.You have four teams to start with a tech lead in each, and they will be your primary focus. Set them up for success, help them navigate, help them coach, and help them deliver.
