.AnyTech365 is actively seeking a solution-driven, strategic-thinking Head of Finance to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will be charged with developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring company financial health and growth, as well as supporting the overall goals of the company.WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BEFinance:Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.Develop and manage company budgets, financial forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial recommendations to the CFO.Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures including budget auditing and compliance with laws, regulations,

An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.Familiarity with financial software and systems.Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative workstyle.Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.Experience in strategic planning and execution.Superb communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish.
