What can you expect in our E-Commerce environment?
TDSYNNEX offers several eCommerce solutions to allow its customers to purchase, manage, and resell Software products and Cloud Services. These solutions include online configuration and ordering tools, as well as an integrated solution (e-business). TDSYNNEX sells over 1 billion USD in software through these eCommerce solutions.
Our latest releases include a marketplace for Cloud Services, a White Labelled eCommerce solution, and an API platform for both customers and vendors.
Job PurposeThe Cloud Systems & Services team is responsible for optimizing the business processes required for these businesses. This includes offering shared services through TDSYNNEX-owned Shared Service Center outsourced to service partners in EMEA.
The Business Support Analyst will work directly with our Operations Support team and maintain constant contact with countries and stakeholders. They will collaborate with management, local sales teams, internal departments, platform owners, IT teams, customers, and vendors to gather and analyze information and make recommendations.
An important part of this role will be to work closely with TDSYNNEX Country sales teams to ensure appropriate service levels are provided to Super Users, End Users, and Customers. The consultant will also work closely with vendors to ensure appropriate understanding, documentation, and use of their platforms as applicable. Other project-oriented duties may be assigned as needed.
ResponsibilitiesMapping of process flows across Operations teams: the collection, documentation, and analysis of data; identification of process gaps; and support of process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencies.Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies by examining material flow, scheduling, production capacity, and constraints.Proactively monitor cloud resources and identify potential performance bottlenecks.Document all processes accordingly: Ensure all necessary procedures and management processes are implemented to guarantee consistency and standards across locations within the regional scope.Ensure appropriate training and skill development for all staff on new processes or with outsourced parties.Maintain relationships with countries and other stakeholders under excellence metrics.Review KPIs and SLAs and work to maintain expected metrics.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Experience in a technical support or operations role, preferably with cloud technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.Ability to work autonomously and independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Comfortable working in an international, result-driven project organization.Technical know-how of tools such as SAP, MS Office products, hardware, and operating systems as well as monitoring tools, etc. is a plus.Significant experience working with large multinational accounts.Written and oral communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.Advanced knowledge of Excel is considered a plus but not mandatory.Process-driven: improve current processes, step-by-step manual creation, communication.Cloud Security experience is a plus.BenefitsWe foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment that values innovation and professional development.
