Green Power Monitor is looking for a talented and proactive person who will join our team in Barcelona as a Product Manager.
This position is a part of the Product Team.
The main areas of this Team include:
To be part of the strategy creation and plan the evolution of our products
To define new and existing features to improve the experience of our customer base
To understand the needs of renewable energy portfolio owners and operators
To ensure best in class products are created
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a key area in the company's evolution and growth.
You will help set the product's solar vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with senior engineering colleagues and other departments, design and execute the projects that support the roadmap, gather customer and stakeholder insights from across the organization and coordinate with designers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that your product is delivering an amazing experience for our users.
In this position you will need to: define the solar vision and strategy for our products, create and manage requirements, prioritize the backlog accordingly, collaborate with other Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure consistency and coordination, document functionalities and provide input to implementation decisions to successfully execute the product strategy.
Your day to day will include :
Defining strategy and discovering customer needs and problems that can be solved through our products
Understanding and adding value for our different types of customers by creating a product backlog that reflects the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap
Being the face of the product and the trusted partner of the user as well as communicating results both to internal and external stakeholders and users
Focusing on the product's adoption and the successful realization of product features that solve customers' problems
Balancing and analyzing multiple sources of information
Owning key features from discovery to release and usage
Creating organizational transparency into a product's prioritization and engineering efforts
Continuously contribute to the effectiveness of our team, by working together, sharing best practices and challenging your team members to take our GPM profession to the next level

About you :
We need you to have :
At least 3 years of demonstrable knowledge in Solar PV energy industry, in particular in the operation, maintenance, management and/or monitoring of solar assets
Outstanding communication skills, to effectively influence, collaborate and to build a network across DNV
Experience in digital product management in a software company
Experience in strategy and vision creation
