Job Category:QualityJob Family:Enterprise Quality and Food SafetyJob Description:Support product quality improvement efforts in assigned category and improve customer satisfaction by analyzing customer and consumer feedback, resolve urgent issues and coordinating work with various functional groups to resolve special cause issues as well as improve long term complaint trends.Get knowledge on dairy/food chemistry and product science to improve her overall competency.
Providing technical expertise and support on key projects as necessary teaching her in technical aspects.Apply continuous improvement efforts in quality by deploying CI techniques including SPC and MSA.Supports process and product quality testing.
Perform tests on finished products and ensure they follow food safety and Quality requirements.Perform laboratory testing, record laboratory data and help prepare the audits of the laboratory.
Identify areas of improvement in the workflow processes to identify possible issues and solve routine problems effectively.Collect data required for validation activities aligned with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
