The Product Company of Zaragoza is seeking a new Systems Engineer. You will be joining the Research and Development team. Our mission is to improve the product development and design processes, resulting in a shorter time to market and more efficiency in our organization. For this, we are introducing several new process solutions such as PLM, project management cockpit, competence portal, and dashboards. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager,you will focus on improvement of engineering processes:You will actively search for efficiency improvements in Research & Development systems and processes and implement new solutions.You will support the development of collaboration tools.You will work on better and automated reporting to engineers and management.You will improve process and system interaction with other departments.You will collaborate remotely with other factories worldwide within our division.You act as process engineer and lead process development tools (from analysis until implementation).You define detailed requirements for the new environment (SharePoint, dashboards).You work out an implementation plan, set up the solutions, execute and implement them.For complex topics and/or programming you can consult/ask assistance of the PT-IT department.You report deviations with recommendations for solutions.Experience requirements- Knowledge/Experience in SharePoint, PowerBI, Office365 collaboration tools and basic SQL knowledge is an advantage, or willingness to learn.- Experience with engineering processes and IT systems (PLM, CAD, ERP).- Understanding of needed functionalities in a business environment.- Experience in adapting and aligning business processes (from analysis until implementation).- Knowledge from R&D and concept to product processes is an asset.Educational requirementsUniversity degree (Engineering, Information Technology) or similar through experience.Work ethics requirements- You are an Innovator, striving to create better solutions and ways, to challenge the status quo.- You value high standards, always finding better ways and not compromising on quality.- You are customer-focused and you embrace entrepreneurial thinking on all the way from identifying the customer needs to bringing the added value.- You are resilient & agile and you find opportunities in an ever-changing environment.- You are open-minded & collaborative to accept new ideas, can learn from mistakes, willing to work in a team.- You are result-oriented, with a 'can do' attitude ready to go beyond the job description scope to find the best solution.- You are passionate for making a better world, a true believer with full alignment on personal values.Additional informationYou work in an international environment, and you will be communicating with our local product companies worldwide.
