Job description: Business analyst with at least 2 years of experience in the Banking sector, working with Cards issuing business and product: requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical team support, reporting, testing and documentation.Capacity to understand the business domain and the problem before suggesting solution options.Pro-active in identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for the business.Experience in an agile environment and proficient at story-mapping and working collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to deliver incremental value.Experience on transformation programs working with product development teams.Dynamic, creative, committed people with interpersonal and teamwork skills.Qualifications: +2 years of experience in a similar role.University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.MBA as a nice to have.High level of English.All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
