Job DescriptionThe Supervisor/a de Room Service is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of room service, providing excellent service that exceeds guest expectations.
They will lead the team, optimize operations, and foster a positive work environment to maximize customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.
Reporting to the F&B Manager and F&B Director, these are the responsibilities and functions, by way of example but not limited to:
Plan, organize, and supervise room service.Ensure compliance with luxury service standards, presentation, and timing, through the development of technical sheets and procedures.Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B Manager to guarantee an exceptional dining experience.Coordinate with the reception team for the organization of amenities for VIP clients.Manage staff, including task assignments and training.Resolve problems and manage customer complaints, offering quick and effective solutions.Supervise materials, inventories, and orders necessary for daily operation.Implement sales techniques to maximize revenue and motivate the team in promoting products.Participate in banquet service events.QualificationsEducation in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in similar positions, preferably in luxury hotels or 5-star properties.Languages: advanced Spanish and English; French is a plus.Solid knowledge of luxury service standards and hospitality techniques.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic knowledge in cost management, inventories, and resource control.Advanced handling of software or office tools.Deep knowledge of wines and beverages, including personalized recommendations and pairings.Availability to work rotating shifts as required.Schedule: Full-timeContract type: Temporary - ReplacementAdditional InformationWhat do we offer?
