You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet requirements. In addition, you'll support the development of an end-to-end monitoring vision and strategy, focusing on application performance, network, and infrastructure. You will help prioritize and manage the Activity Backlog, work with Architects to ensure correct tool implementation, and stay updated on the latest monitoring solutions to maintain interoperability and industry best practices.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop, implement and run strategy for Monitoring tools considering best practices to monitor end to end solutions we operate for our customers included but not limited to the monitoring of Application performance, Network and InfrastructureEnsure the interoperability of the end-to-end monitoring.Contribute to the Product Performance vision with the Product team and other Engineering teams.Manage and prioritize the Activity Backlog with artifacts that provides the next level of detail to support the delivery of the monitoring road map.Define Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.Colaborate with Architects and other Scrum Teams to ensure the monitoring tools are correctly implemented across the portfolios.Engage with suppliers of monitoring solutions to ensure we stay up to date with the latest and best solutions available on the market.Assess risks, efforts and costs when for deploying new monitoring solution or modifying an existing one. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define monitoring strategies existing or new products, considering factors such as integration, scalability, running cost, etc.Validate data flows, interfaces, and data transformations to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across monitoring systems.Ensure that the backlog is prioritized and maintained to reflect the most valuable features and enhancements.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in monitoring methodologies. QualificationsEXPERIENCE & SKILLSMinimum of 4 years of experience in a product owner, application support, business analyst, platform operations, or similar technical roleMinimum of 2 years of experience with monitoring solutions for application performance, network, or infrastructure; with experience in DevOps, PlatformOps, or NetworkOps.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.A track record of being part of projects through the full lifecycle (from definition to post-launch) in complex, international and fast-moving environment Experience working within or alongside technical delivery teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaborativelyFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha).A passion for technology and a keen interest in product development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication skills and fluency in English - both verbal and written Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain focus amidst shifting priorities.Self-driven and inherently motivated to excel and deliver results.Courage to question the status quo and propose innovative solutionsCurious and out-side of the box thinkerNICE-TO-HAVEExperience in Air Transport or IT is a plus Experience in end to end solution monitoring is a strong plus.WHAT WE OFFERSITA's workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
