The Systems Manager will be in charge of aligning the information systems with the strategic plan of the school.
The manager will work on continuous improvement, coordinating the IT team and also leading the search for services or products in R&D.
Functions:Organize and manage the computer systems development area of the school, ensuring optimal and efficient use of technological and human resources by defining standards and appropriate work methodologies.Manage the area's research and development process, as well as good practices in knowledge management and development, aiming to ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies in the organization.Prepare the work plan for the Development area, focusing on its management (KPIs).Ensure compliance with established processes and workflow.Ensure the correct assignment of people for each project.Ensure the success of systems development projects (scope, time, cost).Manage the team and their tasks and responsibilities.Periodically evaluate the progress of the assignments and verify that the assignments are fulfilled on the established dates, complying with the rules and procedures.Organize the projects to be developed taking into account the computing needs of the users and the existing resources.Evaluate the feasibility of the projects, their scope and objectives.Comply with the standards and processes established in the quality management system of the Directorate.Define and monitor compliance with IT strategies.Maintain active communication with staff and provide technical support to all departments of the school.Supervise compliance with milestones and objectives of the department, reporting to general management.Supervise the maintenance of technological devices and their correct registration.Monitor the correct management of incidents.Requirements:Senior Engineering degree (Computer Engineer).2-3 years of experience as a technician or system leader.Spanish and English, advanced level (C1).Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.Required skills:Leadership and teamwork.Strategic vision.Innovation.Analytical-conceptual thinking.Initiative and proactivity.Organization and planning.Orientation to detail, standards and quality.Results-oriented.Effective and empathetic communication.Negotiation.People Management.Flexibility and adaptation to changes.What does BEBS offer you:Full-time job and permanent contract in a solid and constantly growing organization.Variable schedule, Monday to Friday: from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.Positive and international work environment.Dynamic, innovative and multicultural company culture.
