We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join GTD Defense & Security Solutions, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications. Position activities: You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers with a clear orientation towards the integration of systems at all levels: mechanical, electrical, electronic and software; mainly land border surveillance systems and naval systems, both national and export markets and during the entire life cycle of the project, from the technical specification, design, production and verification and validation. Coordinate all activities at customer sites, including installation, testing, support and maintenance, ensuring smooth collaboration between customer, subcontractors and internal development teams. Serve as primary liaison for back-office teams, facilitating communication between client, project managers and technical managers. Profile: Industry Experience: Possess a robust background in systems engineering, with comprehensive knowledge of system deployment, testing, safety regulations, and related areas. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, effectively delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
