We want to get onboard a Systems Engineer / Customer management support.
It is a position in technical project leadership of mobility as a service, and customer management.
We work hand-in-hand with our colleagues at Hacon, responsible for the Mobility as a Service segment, as well as other elements of our Software suite portfolio at Siemens Mobility.
Responsibilities: Design together with the client the functional requirements of the integrations of new functionalities, or mobility providers, in MaaS platforms.
Align development priorities for Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platforms, as part of the project execution team, together with customers, partners, and product development teams.
Be an active part of the monitoring of developments' works, to ensure compliance with the delivery dates agreed with customers.
Ensure the correct functioning of the features developed, before being delivered to our partners or clients.
Generate the necessary documentation, related to the project's developments and technical deliverables.
Proactively identify potential issues or errors, and assist in defining a testing plan to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Support the technical project manager in the region, Hacon's HQ Delivery Manager, and the Overall Project Manager for proper project management.
Actively contribute to the improvement of portfolio products, establishing generic functional requirements based on the specific needs of project customers, identifying functionalities that add value to our MaaS products and thus improve our competitiveness in the market.
Effectively communicate the status of the projects and manage expectations of our clients and partners.
Qualifications: A degree in computer engineering, or training in project management with demonstrable experience in the field in different technologies.
Experience in software functional testing or development, knowledge of Postman and working with APIs.
Ability to understand complex products, technological solutions and functional problems.
Ability to communicate effectively and assertively to different profiles, both technical and business, in English and Spanish.
Experience in defining and collecting functional requirements achievable through software developments or solutions.
Ability to be self-sufficient and work without supervision on complex projects.
Good to have: Good knowledge of Spring, microservices are desired.
Good understanding of Linux and fair handling of development environments and tools (IntelliJ or Eclipse, Maven, Git, GitLab CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence).
Energy and passion for agile methodologies and continuous improvement, and desire to learn and share their knowledge.
