Administration, support and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE, Zoom, five9, ThinkOwl) ? Configurations of Freeswitch, FusionPBX, databases and more ? Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutions ? Technical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud services ? Collaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and features ? Planning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job. ? Installation, configuration, administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware, Windows and Linux ? You will be responsible for processing technical incidents/changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.
