The main mission will be to be the technical leader of the development of a guided munition to be launched from medium-sized Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs).Main Functions:Plan, coordinate and lead the development, integration, testing, and certification of the guided munition and its sub-systems.Systems Engineering function of the complete guided munition including specification of interfaces and requirements for various sub-systems.Work with project managers and other team members to ensure the integrity of project planning inputs.Ensure technical requirements are met within the budgeted and committed cost and time scales.Provide technical assistance to the Commercial and Operations departments for contract negotiations with sub-contractors and suppliers.Location:Madrid, Spain.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEBachelor's Engineering degree; Master's Degree preferable.10+ years Systems Engineering experience, specifically planning, coordinating and leading the development, integration, and testing of complex systems.Experience with development and certification of air-launched guided weapons.Fluent English language skills (B2).Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.Advantageous:German language skills.Soft Skills.Software and Planning Tools.Communication Skills.Ability to technically manage a variety of contractors and individuals in cross-functional teams.WHAT WE OFFER YOUFlexible benefits in collaboration with Cobee.Indefinite employment contract.Flexible working day model.A creative and dynamic work environment.CONTACT INFORMATIONContact Person: Marina Colomer Ramos#J-18808-Ljbffr
